Continuous inkjet coders (CIJ)
Non-contact inkjet coders for fast moving bottles, cans, containers, flexible packs and irregular products where the code has to be applied while the line keeps moving.
View details →Plastic coding requires the correct ink selection, dry time and print position so expiry and batch codes remain readable after handling.

A good inkjet printer for plastic is selected from the production problem rather than the brochure. The main questions are: what material are you printing onto, how fast is it moving, how much space is available, what code height is needed and how often does the operator change product?
For plastic printing, identify the exact pack surface or coating, proposed ink and condition at the print point. Agree legibility and adhesion checks after the actual drying and downstream handling sequence. Revisit the evidence when the pack or ink changes; a polymer name alone does not prove suitability.
